I design and build evidence-based literacy systems that translate the science of reading into clear, scalable structures for instruction, intervention, and progress monitoring. My work focuses on creating systems that increase access, improve consistency, and support educators in delivering high-quality instruction across diverse settings.
🔹 System Overview
Problem: Educators, particularly in rural and under-resourced communities, often lack access to high-quality instructional materials, professional learning, and structured systems that support consistent implementation. Many available resources are fragmented, difficult to scale, or inaccessible without significant time, training, or cost.
System: I designed and built Morgan Learning, a multi-platform instructional ecosystem that integrates video, curriculum, publishing, and distribution systems to support literacy instruction and intervention.
